All CSM Cryogenic systems are designed, manufactured, and certified in strict compliance with leading international engineering standards, including ASME B31.3 for process piping, ASME Section VIII for pressure vessels, and European PED/CE directives. We conduct rigorous helium leak mass spectrometer detection, radiographic weld inspections, and pressure testing prior to shipment to ensure absolute safety and structural integrity under extreme ultra-low temperatures down to -196°C (-320°F).

Vacuum insulated piping (VIP) is designed to be virtually maintenance-free due to its sealed static vacuum jacket and internal chemical getters. However, for active plants, we recommend scheduling professional annual health checks to monitor vacuum levels via thermocouple sensor ports, inspect pressure safety valves (PRVs), and check physical structural supports. Standard cryogenic storage tanks and phase separators should have physical seal and pneumatic valve rebuilds every 3 to 5 years depending on cycle usage.
Yes, we ship globally via specialized heavy logistics partners equipped to transport delicate high-vacuum equipment securely. To guarantee optimal performance upon arrival, our certified CSM field engineering team is available worldwide for on-site supervision, vacuum pull-down restoration, piping line integration, automated control configuration, hazard training, and final system commissioning.
Absolutely. Custom engineering is CSM’s core specialty. Our specialized team utilizes advanced 3D thermal modeling, stress analysis, and fluid dynamics simulators to design bespoke Vacuum Insulated Pipe (VIP) runs, cryogenic manifolds, phase separators, and liquid nitrogen dosing machinery tailored precisely to your facility’s layout and exact thermal efficiency demands.
