VJP consists of two stainless steel pipes, an inner carrier pipe for liquid transfer and an outer pipe that supports and maintains vacuum insulation. The inner pipe is wrapped with radiation shield material (MLI), incorporating hydrogen getters and molecular sieves to preserve long-lasting vacuum quality and super-insulation performance. This design forms a “Vacuum Jacket” around the inner process pipe, drastically reducing heat transfer and ensuring optimal thermal efficiency.

Available in sizes ranging from ½” to 12” NPS, with options for internal or external expansion joints and lengths of up to 12 meters (40 ft). It comes with end connection options of bayonets or welded field joints (vacuum or foam insulated), flanges, pipe threads, flared fittings, and custom end configurations to suit specific needs. For enhanced versatility, integrated flex sections can be included to accommodate system offsets, thermal expansion, expansion loops, flexibility, and use-point transitions.
